IMPORTANT WARNING: Please read this text carefully. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the service. Game account trading activities always carry risks from the Game Publisher, and by trading, you confirm that you understand and accept those risks.

2. Definition of Terms

• "Digital Product" / "Account": A collection of login information (Username, Password, Linked Email) allowing access to online games.
• "Acc Reroll" / "Acc Starter": A newly created game account, low level, containing resources or characters from lucky draws, usually not linked to personal information.
• "Acc VIP" / "Acc End-game": An account that has been used for a long time, possessing many valuable items.
• "Back Acc" (Account Recovery): An incident where the account is recovered by the old owner, causing the Customer to lose control.

3. Disclaimer

• Relationship with Publisher: megamehot operates independently and has no official connection, authorization, or cooperation with Game Publishers (such as HoYoverse, Riot Games, etc.). All images and character names belong to the legal owners and are only used for product description purposes.
• Nature of Transaction: Our service is to provide an intermediate platform for transferring access rights and surplus value (grinding effort), not selling the intellectual property rights of the account.
• Risks from Publisher: We are not responsible for large-scale account bans (Ban Wave) due to changes in Publisher policies, unless the origin of the account provided by the Shop is proven to be illegal.

4. Transaction & Payment Process

• Order Establishment: The sales contract is established when you complete payment. Account information will be sent automatically or within 24 hours.
• Product Inspection: You are responsible for carefully checking the description (Server, Character, Level) before purchasing. We do not support returns if the reason is "mistake" or "dislike" after receiving the information.
• Anti-fraud: Any intentional behavior to dispute/refund after receiving a valid product will result in permanent account locking and publicizing information on the Blacklist.

5. Customer Security Responsibility

Immediately after receiving the account, you MUST:

• Log in to check information.
• Change Password immediately.
• Link your own Email and Phone Number (for Acc Reroll/Unlinked).
• Do not use 3rd party software (Hack/Cheat) or illegal top-up (Refund).

Note: We disclaim responsibility if the account is hacked after 24 hours without you changing the default password.

6. Warranty Policy

Type of Error Acc Reroll / Starter Acc VIP / End-game

• Wrong password on receipt: 1 Exchange 1 or 100% Refund
• Wrong description info: 1 Exchange 1 or 100% Refund or Compensation for difference or Recovery
• Account Backed (Recovered): Not applicable (as not linked) or Lifetime Warranty: 100% Refund
• Account Banned (Locked): 7-day warranty if error due to creation IP or Only warranty if error from old owner

Warranty Conditions for Acc VIP (Back Acc):

• Keep the order code.
• Provide images/video proving inability to log in.
• Have not shared the account or resold to a 3rd party.
• Have not changed the original Email (if the product requires keeping the original Email).

Cases of Warranty REFUSAL:

• Account locked due to using Hack/Cheat/Mod Skin after purchase.
• Account locked due to illegal/cheap top-up of unknown origin.
• Customer behaves insultingly towards support staff or spreads false information.

7. Complaints

All complaints about information errors must be sent within 24 hours of purchase via Fanpage or Hotline.
